Steam Fired Instantaneous Water Heater | Circulation Method

Hot Water Supply System Steam Fired Instantaneous Water Heater | Circulation Method
HF25
・Indirect heating ・End stop system ・Circulation Method ・Hot water supply up to 95℃ (203°F)

Features/Applications
Features
Excellent stability
Uses a patent-pending temperature control system.
Temperature controlled to within ±3% of the specified temperature.Quick hot water with easy operation.
Can supply high-temperature hot water at 95℃ (203°F) in as little as 20 seconds*
Reduces lead-time before operations can start.
*Time from opening of adjustment valve
Also features a touch panel to make operations and checking information on the screen quick and easy.
You can check the current temperature and hot water flow rate and pressure with a single glance.
Constant, reliable water quality
Indirectly heats up cold water using the heat from steam.
Conforms to the standards of Japan’s Water Supply Act, and has passed leaching tests for water supplied by water heaters. The water it supplies can be used in foodstuff manufacturing.
It is also suitable for cleaning and sterilization use at 83℃ (181°F) or higher in the foodstuff industry.Low-cost hot water generation
Uses almost all condensate sensible heat thanks to improved efficiency. This represents a use of energy that is 1.2 times more effective than using only the latent heat in steam, and enables the low-cost generation of hot water. Up to two thirds lower power consumption compared to previous products.
Designed to offer highly expandable control*1
This product can be used flexibly and enables linking with water supply tanks or other existing devices, remote control, and other such usages.
Other features
Statutory inspections not required
[Low water level protection device] [Overheating prevention program] [Pump overload protection]
Condensate recovery
Flexible customizationThree safety functions to provide error alerts
Temperature control to handle rapid drastic changes in hot water supply volume
Monitoring of water heater status
Typical applications
● Cleaning and sterilization of cooking equipment
● Cleaning and cooling processes on manufacturing lines
● Foodstuff process preparation and heating
● Baths at hotels, etc.
*1 [Expandability]
・ Water heater operation based on external input
operation actions, set temperature switching, operation frequency, flow rate and pressure changes
・ Change in water supply pressure
・ Linking with other devices
A range of customizations other than listed above are possible including

the installation of a hot water storage tank, operational linking to water heaters in accordance with hot water storage tank status, etc. Please do not hesitate to make inquiries.
