    Features/Applications

    Features

    • No condensate logging on primary side (continuous discharge float system)

      The floating mechanism discharges condensate immediately at saturation temperature, preventing condensate logging on the primary side. Ideally installed in applications where condensate logging cannot be accepted.

    • Superb sealing and durability

      Offers superb sealing and durability thanks to its SCCV System.
      This is an original mechanism developed by MIYAWAKI to increase valve durability and ensuring maximum sealing performance. The body is designed to withstand even high pressure applications up to 50 barg.

    • Free from steam and air locking

      A quick start up is guaranteed, thanks to the installed air vent. The air vent discharges cold condensate and prevents air and steam locking.

    • Easy maintenance

      For quick and easy maintenance, all valve parts are attached to the cover, making maintenance easy. The trap can be serviced directly in line.

    • Condensate recovery

      With its high degree of back pressure tolerance, this model supports condensate recovery.
